Mise turns a plain-language description of how you want to eat into a full week of real food. Daily calorie and macro targets are computed in code with real formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor through TDEE), never by a model doing arithmetic; AI handles composition only, grounded in real example meals. Plans arrive itemized with recipes, a categorized grocery list, and a printable PDF, with ingredients reused across meals to keep the week affordable. It's GLP-1 aware, treating calories as a floor and prioritizing protein, and anonymous by design, with no personal data stored. Business subscriptions are live now; individual plans open via waitlist.
